Biography[]
Benjamin "Ben" Tenney is a sim in the fictional town of Sun-Crest Point.
Storyline[]
Ben arrives in town after Bianca Baxter, leaves town with her husband Kevin McCain. He comes to take Bianca's place at Karen Collins resaurant. Upon his first day in town he meets Jessica Iago, Ben finds Jess to be attractive and when she comes into the cafe she seems to be down, in attempt to rise her spirits, Ben flirts with her. At the time, Ben was unaware that Jessica is a lesbian and, that she is struggling with her sexuality after just broken up with her girlfriend, Monica Bremmer. After he gets done with work he walks her home and they share a kiss. The following day Jessica confesses to Ben that he is sweet but, that she is gay and proud of it. Ben takes it in stride and is then introduced to Jessica's roomate, Agatha Stone. Un-like Jess, Aggie and Ben become instantl attracted to one another. Aggie gives Ben a tour around town and throughout their attraction increases and, just as they are about to share a kiss atop Sun-Crest Point's highest hill, they spot a great deal of smoke where Aggie's mother, Mae Reyes is trapped inside a burning building. Their budding romance is placed aside as Aggie goes to tend to her mother's intense condition.
Ben, though, holds vigil outside the hospital and when Aggie goes to get some air, she finds him and, touched by his genuine concern, kises him. After Mae begins to recover, he and Agatha begin dating and, happily. As their romance begins to bloom into love, Ben begins to notice that someone has been following them. Ben has no idea who it is but, it is in fact Agatha's ex-boyfriend, Clark Devuraux, who at the end of their relationship become clingy. Follwoing Candi Cabot and Jasper Centowski's wedding Ben walks Aggie home and as he heads for home, he is attacked from behind and left for dead. Luckily, Kurt Grinaldi, comes across Ben and is able to get him to the hospital. Clark is convicted of attacking Ben but, also Marylin Kincaid, who was also attacked the same night. Although Ben thinks Clark did it, Aggie refuses to believe it, citing that Clark loved her but, wasn't obsessed with her if he did do it it wasn't his fault. She shares her thoughts with Ben and, though she wishes to find his attacker she also sets out to prove Clark's moral innocence. Ben tells her he is OK with ti but, really he begins to feel that Aggie may still be in love with Clark.
