Miss Sim Russia is a national beauty sim pageant in Russia. It is currently headed by Esti. Miss Sim Russia gained the exclusive rights to send a representative to the Miss Sim Universe Pageant and other important pageants of the Sim community.
The Miss Sim Russia contest was first held in 2008, with the first winner being Svetlana Malova advancing to the Top 10.

- The very first Canadian contestant to participate in Miss Sim Universe was in 2008 with Svetlana Malova.
- Russia came back as a franchise in 2021 with Esti.
